We must say something. It’s on all of us—especially white Americans—to speak up. This is unacceptable. America’s systemic racism isn’t a problem we can push to the side. We have to run right at it and tackle it head-on. If the coward-in-chief is too chicken to own this reality, then it’s even more so up to us. So I’m here to say I stand with my black friends. Let’s lend our voices and our votes. Stand up. Scream. It’s time to be loud.
